I'd say the easiest way to off him (unless ur going for pacifist) is 1st. collect EVERYTHING in that entire area for more ammo and stuff if ur saying the inventory for NG+ then step 2. Sprint to the computers and turn all drones on friendly so they all go after him and the turrets too. Throw the upstairs turret downstairs (often not needed but fun) and he is gone easily. And since this kills him fairly fast I save the hostages 1st simply cause there is a TON of loot that way and if you want to take that little back door you don't walk through all that so that's why I do it in that order... then marchenko 2nd and the time is never a worry
